Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication use, side effects, interactions, and adherence.
• Dispenses meds and performs drug therapy reviews with accuracy.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and safe workflow in the pharmacy.
• Administers immunizations and other wellness services.
• Collaborates with physicians and providers to optimize therapy.
• Supports inventory management and KPI review with leadership.
