Job summary

CVS Health in Omaha is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning in real-world practice within our pharmacy teams. You will help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and with compassionate service, while learning SOPs and store operations.

Under a structured training roadmap, you’ll gain hands-on experience, observe district and regional operations, and build clinically relevant skills to prepare for a Pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• Required to be accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists and technicians.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and enjoy empathetic patient service.
• Assist with immunizations and other services where allowed by law.
• Maintain inventory activities and complete routine cycle counts and stock returns.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability to store and market needs.
