Qualifications

• Foreign Pharmacist Graduate Equivalency Certificate (FPGEC).
• Intern permit/certificate issued by the respective Board of Pharmacy, if required.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 45 days of intern hours.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, interactions and side effects.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Reviews and dispenses prescribed medications accurately.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, policies and standards.
• Opens and closes the pharmacy; handles shift changes.
• Supports inventory management; analyzes performance data.
