• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Ensures pharmacy operates in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and supports staff.
• Reviews KPIs with Pharmacy Manager and Store Manager.
