Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients, assist pharmacists, and resolve questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist in entering, third party processing, filling, and dispensing prescriptions under supervision.
• Support pharmacy team with inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized department.
• Provide patient counseling and health services within state scope of practice when applicable.
• Report prescription issues to the pharmacist and comply with company policies.
