Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacists and pharmacy team under supervision to dispense prescriptions.
• Learn pharmacy policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
• Handle routine pharmacy tasks such as entering prescriptions and processing third-party requests.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty.
• Maintain inventory and keep the pharmacy area clean and organized.
• Participate in patient counseling and health services within the scope of practice.
