Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in a real-world pharmacy setting within CVS retail locations. Under a pharmacist preceptor, you will follow a structured training roadmap, perform essential dispensing tasks, and learn store, district, and regional operations while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete the internship training roadmap with Key Learning Experiences (KLEs).
• Assist pharmacists to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pickup, drive‑thru, and over the phone.
• Counsel and collect information to support optimal patient care under supervision.
• Follow SOPs and contribute to a safe, inclusive culture.
