CVS Health in Louisiana invites applications for a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern. You will apply didactic learning from pharmacy school into real‑world practice under a preceptor, gaining hands‑on experience and insights into store, district, and regional operations while supporting the pharmacy team.

This role emphasizes patient safety, SOP compliance, immunizations where allowed, and customer service as you develop toward Pharmacist responsibilities.

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited pharmacy program enrollment required.
• Current intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and safely.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient privacy and security.
• Learn and perform KLEs, with increasing responsibility under supervision.
• Provide empathetic customer service and support immunization activities where allowed.
