A comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation will guide store, district, and regional operations. The role emphasizes patient safety, standard operating procedures, and empathetic, caring service in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program.
• Must be able to obtain pharmacist licensure within state guidelines within the required timeframe (120 days from graduation).
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ensure accuracy of prescriptions and patient safety through correct labeling and information.
• Provide customer service and work well within a pharmacy team environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues; practice active listening.
• Apply mathematical reasoning to calculate days supply and quantities.
• Resolve issues calmly and efficiently when conflicts arise.
