Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program to apply classroom learning to real-world practice within our store pharmacies. Under a preceptor and district leadership, you will complete a comprehensive 120-day training roadmap to deepen patient safety and medication use review knowledge.

You will work as part of the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription filling, empathetic patient service, and ongoing professional development for stepping into a Pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate required; eligible for pharmacist licensure within state guidelines.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern/technician licensure as required.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Regular, predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Support mentorship and coaching of pharmacy staff; uphold SOPs and patient safety standards.
• Perform basic inventory tasks, including stocking, cycle counts, and returns-to-stocks.
