Qualifications

• PharmD degree from a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe; licensure within 120 days of graduation is required.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.
