Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our pharmacy team. You will apply your didactic learning in real-world practice under a preceptor, following a 120-day training roadmap to deepen patient safety, DUR, and SOP adherence while supporting pharmacists and technicians.

This role emphasizes hands-on practice, empathy, and teamwork to prepare you for a Pharmacist position across our store network, with opportunities to participate in immunizations and other patient care services.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before starting the post‑graduate training.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe.
• Active intern/technician licensure as required by state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients with care and empathy while maintaining safety and accuracy.
• Assist pharmacy team with immunizations, counseling, and prescriptions under supervision.
• Follow SOPs, maintain documentation, and support inventory and workflow.
• Participate in training roadmap and develop readiness for pharmacist responsibilities.
• Adapt to store needs, travel as required within the market for shifts.
