Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply pharmacy education in real-world practice within our retail pharmacies. Under supervision, you will complete a 120-day training road map, deepen knowledge of patient safety, DUR, and professional standards, and support pharmacy operations to ensure safe, timely dispensing.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and quality standards.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
