Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Pharm D from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within district guidelines.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects and interactions.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and insurance claim processes.
• Provides immunizations and wellness services and supports patient care.
• Shifts and procedures to promote efficient pharmacy workflow.
