Qualifications

Willingness to obtain Pharm D degree prior to start date.
Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Counsels patients and answers questions regarding usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy.
Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
Ensures the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Responsible for opening and closing the pharmacy and shift change duties.
Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and proposes enhancements.
Reviews insurance claims and interfaces with providers to resolve issues.
Performs immunizations and wellness services as per program guidelines.
Develops relationships with local healthcare providers and supports community outreach.
