Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; assist with opening/closing and shift changes.
Maintain knowledge of pharmacy systems and propose enhancements to improve productivity.
Process insurance claims accurately and follow up with payers and providers.
Deliver immunizations and other preventive healthcare services as needed.
Support data analysis and KPI reviews with management to improve performance.
