Walgreens is seeking a post-graduate pharmacist-in-training to work under direct supervision, providing clinical counseling, immunizations, and medication management in a busy retail pharmacy. You will review prescriptions, ensure regulatory compliance, and support store workflow and inventory optimization while engaging with patients to promote health and wellness.

Formación

• Pharmacy education from an accredited international program.
• FPGEC certification.
• Intern permit/certificate as required.
• Willingness to obtain licensure within 45 days.
• Certified immunizer or willing within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Counsels patients on usage, side effects and interactions.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and management.
• Reviews and dispenses prescribed medications accurately.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Supports pharmacy workflow and inventory management.
• Participates in community outreach and Well Experience initiatives.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from accredited University outside the United States

Foreign Pharmacist Graduate Equivalency Certificate (FPGEC)

Intern permit/certificate issued by the respective Board of Pharmacy

Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 45 days

Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days
