Job summary

Qualifications

Pharm D degree and licensure required or willing to obtain.
Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and refer to provider as needed.
Perform pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient workflow; support pharmacy manager with procedures and shift duties.
Maintain pharmacy systems knowledge and support patient privacy and insurance processes.
Provide immunizations and wellness services, and strengthen relationships with local healthcare providers.
