Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain PharmD degree prior to start date (if not already), as required by the district.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the state Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers with counseling on medication usage, interactions, and safety.
• Dispenses prescribed medications, reviews drug therapies, and verifies accuracy of orders.
• Maintains compliance with regulations, policies and Good Faith Dispensing principles.
• Supports pharmacy workflow, inventory management, and technology systems.
• Participates in preventive services such as immunizations and wellness programs.
