Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients with product and service assistance; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Counsels patients on medicine use, interactions, side effects, generics and OTC products; refers to clinician as needed.
• Performs pharmacy tasks: compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management while dispensing accurately.
• Ensures adherence to Good Faith Dispensing and state/federal regulations; supports workflow and staffing during opening/closing shifts.
• Maintains pharmacy IT knowledge (Intercom Plus, StoreNET) and supports insurance processing to minimize delays.
