Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Pharm D degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire per district guidelines.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and provides drug information to ensure safe and effective therapy.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies; supports workflow optimization and inventory management.
• Maintains familiarity with pharmacy systems and processes; supports insurance claim processing and 3rd party audits.
• Provides immunizations and preventive healthcare services and engages community outreach to promote pharmacy services.
