Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join the Retail Pharmacy team. You will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe, efficient environment and deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities include patient safety, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and high-quality customer service while preparing for licensure and completing ACPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience.
• Must obtain intern/licensure as required.
• Regular and weekend attendance.

Responsibilities

• Patient Safety and quality assurance across pharmacy operations.
• Pharmacy professional practice under licensed pharmacist supervision.
• Adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Customer service and medication-related guidance.
• Inventory and workflow management excluding final prescription verification.
