Job summary

CVS Health in Florida is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to translate classroom learning into real-world practice within a CVS Pharmacy team. Under a licensed pharmacist, you will support tasks that ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and friendly patient service.

You will follow SOPs, participate in immunization and testing services where allowed by state law, and contribute to a caring, inclusive environment while gaining exposure to store operations and district leadership.

Qualifications

• Accepted into ACPE accredited college or pharmacy school.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to become immunization certified when state regulations are met.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap focusing on KLEs to build aptitude in pharmacy operations.
• Assist pharmacists and technicians to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Demonstrate empathy and caring in patient interactions and follow CVS SOPs.
