Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply pharmacy school learning in real-world settings within our retail locations. Under a pharmacist preceptor, you will follow a structured training roadmap, participate in store operations, and support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate dispensing and high-quality patient care.

You will gain hands-on experience with immunizations, patient counseling, and SOP adherence while developing the skills needed for a future Pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap with KLEs and hands-on pharmacy operations experience
• Assist pharmacists and technicians to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in patient interactions and support SOPs
