Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist patients with product selection.
• Communicate with patients in person and by phone; assist with medication pricing as requested.
• Process and fill prescriptions using the pharmacy system and third‑party adjudication; manage inventory.
• Perform third‑party functions and support inventory control including BOM and vendor charges.
• Support clinical services and other duties as assigned.
