Job summary

CVS Health’s third-year Pharmacy Intern program provides hands-on experience in a retail pharmacy, under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist, translating classroom learning into real-world practice and preparing you for a pharmacist role.

You will support the pharmacy team, help ensure timely and accurate dispensing, and gain exposure to immunizations, patient counseling, and store operations while developing clinical and technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment.
• Currently enrolled or in process to obtain intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Follow SOPs to ensure patient safety and accurate dispensing.
• Provide patient counseling and immunization support under supervision.
• Assist with inventory and pharmacy operations as directed.
