Responsibilities

• Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists and Technicians in patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide caring service to patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Counsel patients and collect relevant medical history to provide optimal care under supervision.
• Take telephonic prescriptions when allowed by state regulation and clarify prescriptions with prescribers.
• Mentor and coach pharmacy team members and support training activities.
• Assist with inventory activities and cycle counts as directed by pharmacy leadership.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
