Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support our pharmacy teams in a retail setting in Boca Raton, FL. You will follow SOPs, assist with prescription fulfillment, and help patient experiences with empathy and care.

You will gain hands-on experience in immunizations, counseling, and collaboration with licensed pharmacists while preparing for increased responsibilities as you progress in the program.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled or accepted in ACPE-accredited pharmacy program.
• Must possess or be pursuing valid intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients and assist with immunization and vaccination questions where allowed.
• Adhere to SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure patient safety.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts as directed.

Education

ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy

Intern/Technician licensure in progress or obtained
