Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program within our retail pharmacies. You will apply classroom knowledge to real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist, completing a 120-day training roadmap focused on store, district, and regional operations.

You will learn about patient safety, DUR, SOPs, and professional standards while supporting the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate dispensing and customer service that exceeds patient expectations.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Actively support pharmacy team to ensure operations run smoothly and patient prescriptions are filled accurately
• Demonstrate empathy and provide caring service to patients and colleagues

Education

PharmD degree (US accredited)

State Pharmacist licensure (timely)

Intern/Technician licensure in process
