Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world settings within retail pharmacy locations. Under a preceptor and district leader, complete a 120-day training roadmap to advance toward a Pharmacist role, focusing on patient safety, DUR, and professional standards.

You’ll help ensure efficient pharmacy operations, learn SOPs, and deliver caring service while expanding clinical and technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program before starting the training program.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe (120 days).
• Must possess or be pursuing intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Participate in training roadmap and develop knowledge of SOPs and patient care.
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law and training.
