Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice under a pharmacist preceptor. You will follow a 120-day training roadmap across store, district, and regional operations to deepen patient safety understanding and drug utilization review, while supporting pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and caring service.

You will learn SOPs, communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, and gradually take on greater responsibilities

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate required to begin the program.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training and complete roadmap within designated time.
• Support pharmacy team to ensure patient safety, prompt filling, and compassionate service.
• Assist in immunizations, DUR, and pharmacy operations under supervision.

Education

PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program

Pharmacist licensure within 120 days

Intern and/or technician licensure in process
