Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join the pharmacy team. Under licensed pharmacist supervision, you will help deliver safe, effective care and excellent customer service in a retail setting.

The role includes responsibilities around patient safety, regulatory compliance, inventory, and workflow management, with opportunities to develop professionally and immunization skills as regulations allow.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining intern/licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist under supervision of a licensed pharmacist to maintain safe, efficient Retail Pharmacy operations.
• Deliver patient care and service excellence components such as patient safety and customer service.
• Support inventory and workflow management while ensuring regulatory compliance.
