Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply your didactic learning in real-world pharmacy practice within our retail stores. Under the guidance of a preceptor and district leader, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation to deepen your knowledge of store operations, patient safety, and DUR processes.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before starting the program.
• Must obtain pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern/technician licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
• Complete a comprehensive 120-day training roadmap.
• Demonstrate empathy and patient-centered service while adhering to SOPs and standards.
