Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain licensure in the states within the district.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and management.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies; supports efficient workflow and inventory management.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and proposes enhancements to improve productivity.
• Reviews insurance claims, resolves issues, and follows up with providers and insurers.
• Delivers immunizations and preventive care services; supports community health initiatives.
• Assists in staff training, performance reviews, and fostering teamwork.
