Qualifications

• Active Registered Pharmacy Technician or CPhT license (Ohio) is required.
• Strong ability to process prescriptions accurately and maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Experience handling complex intake workflows or advanced pharmacy processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes incoming prescriptions, entering complete and compliant patient and medication information into the pharmacy system.
• Identifies and resolves prescription discrepancies with cross‑functional teams.
• Supports provider communications by clarifying prescription details and entering verbal orders in compliance with policy.
• Provides operational support by assisting with intake reporting, data tracking, and process improvements.
• Collaborates with pharmacists, technicians, and internal teams to ensure a smooth intake process.
