Job summary

City of Hope in Newport Beach seeks a Manager, Pharmacy Foundation to provide strategic leadership for the Community Pharmacy Program, overseeing planning, coordination and delivery of safe, efficient infusion services, including investigational drug services. You will drive clinical, operational and research initiatives to promote medication safety and quality patient outcomes.

The role leads staff development, ensures appropriate use and distribution of medications, maintains licensing

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. is required for this role.
• 3+ years in pharmacy, including clinic experience and supervisory duties.
• Current California Pharmacist License is required.
• ASHP Accredited PGY-1 Residency and PGY-2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Community Pharmacy Program and infusion services.
• Drive regulatory compliance, quality patient outcomes, and medication safety.
