Job summary

Cencora's Good Neighbor Pharmacy team seeks a skilled business coach to advise independent pharmacies across the U.S. You will serve as instructor and SME for store operations, business strategies, and client engagement.

You will work with the coaching coordinator, maintain CRM data, prepare reports, and drive profitability by aligning client objectives with targeted solutions. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field; 7+ years experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on independent pharmacy store operations and business strategies.
• Develop and maintain CRM records and reports.
• Drive profitability by aligning opportunities with customer needs.
• Travel up to 75% or more as required.
