Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of industry experience or related roles.
• Experience with independent pharmacy operations and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on independent pharmacy store operations.
• Coordinate with Business Coaching Coordinator to ensure coverage.
• Develop relationships to improve customer retention and profitability.
• Manage CRM activities and reporting.
• Prepare and distribute program reports.
• Lead program management and execution.
• Travel up to 75% or more within territory.
• Represent coaching programs at meetings and events.
• Identify weaknesses in pharmacy operations.
