Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university outside the United States.
• FPGEC certification requirement.
• Intern permit/certificate issued by state Board of Pharmacy.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacy licensure within 45 days of intern hours.
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication use, interactions and safety.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and management.
• Dispenses prescribed medications accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Supports workflow, inventory management and optimal customer experience.
• Engages in community and health services, immunizations and wellness activities.
