Job summary

Qualifications

• Foreign pharmacist degree is required.
• FPGEC certification is required.
• Intern permit/certificate issued by the respective Board of Pharmacy, if required.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 45 days of completing intern hours.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions and contraindications.
• Dispenses and verifies prescribed medications under supervision, adhering to regulations.
• Supports pharmacy operations, inventory management and customer service strategies.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience and assists in community events.
• Participates in immunization and preventive health services as part of patient care.
