Job summary

SelectRx, a subsidiary of SelectQuote Insurance Services, is hiring a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician to handle patient registrations, process prescriptions, and manage third-party rejects in a HIPAA-compliant workflow. This onsite role supports a production environment and requires standing and light lifting.

You will operate pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, run automated machinery, and assist pharmacists under supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic level PC skills: start/shut down, mouse, programs, save files, print, access information, touch typing.
• Typing at least 35 words per minute.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient registrations in the Pioneer system.
• Enter refill orders and handle prescription requests under HIPAA guidelines.
• Troubleshoot missing prescription information and interpret SIG codes.
• Resolve data-entry exceptions and support pharmacists.
• Operate automated machinery to pre-sort and package medications for fulfillment.
