Job summary

SelectRx is seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician to join our on-site team. You will perform data entry, process prescriptions, and resolve third-party rejects while adhering to HIPAA and SOPs.

The role involves operating packaging machinery and assisting pharmacists in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and aspire to obtain a Pharmacy Technician in Training Certificate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain Pharmacy Technician in Training Certification before starting.
• At least 1 year experience in retail pharmacy, fulfillment or call center.

Responsibilities

• Enter new patient registrations into the Pioneer system.
• Process prescription requests and refills per HIPAA guidelines.
• Resolve third-party rejects and resubmit as required by plan.
• Run automated machinery to pre-sort and package medications.
• Count, label, pack and ship prescriptions.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and assist pharmacists as needed.
