Job summary

SelectRx, a subsidiary of SelectQuote, is seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician for an onsite 1:30pm–10:00pm EST shift. You will perform data entry, patient registration, and pharmacist support while handling third-party rejects and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities include operating Pioneer system, sorting and packaging medications, and ensuring accurate medication records in a high-volume environment under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain a Pharmacy Technician in Training Certificate before starting.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic PC skills and ability to type (35 wpm+)

Responsibilities

• Process new patient registrations and enter data into Pioneer system.
• Handle patient prescription requests and enter refills.
• Troubleshoot missing information and interpret SIG codes.
• Resolve data-entry related exceptions and maintain accuracy.
• Operate automated machinery to sort/package medications.
• Count, label, package and ship prescriptions.
• Maintain equipment and clean work areas.
• Address Third Party Rejects by reviewing and resubmitting per plan requirements.
• Support Pharmacists by communicating issues to senior staff.
• Follow SelectRx policies and protect confidentiality.
