Job summary

SelectRX, a SelectQuote subsidiary, is seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician to join a high-touch, technology-driven medication management team in Kansas. The role requires active KS Pharmacy Technician Certification and on-site work with an early shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm CST.

You will handle patient registrations, data entry, and order fulfillment while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 1 year of retail pharmacy or fulfillment experience, solid PC

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification in Kansas is required.
• Minimum 1 year in retail pharmacy, fulfillment or call center is preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and HIPAA compliance are essential.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to operate pharmacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Register new patients by entering data into the Pioneer system.
• Process prescription requests and refill orders per HIPAA guidelines.
• Troubleshoot missing information and interpret medical abbreviations.
• Resolve data-entry exceptions and support pharmacists as needed.
• Operate automated machinery to pre-sort and package medications.
• Count, label, pack and ship prescriptions; maintain clean equipment and area.
• Assist with third-party rejects and communicate issues to senior staff.
