Job summary
CareTria is seeking a Pharmacy Automation Technician to operate and maintain the designated production equipment in our pharmacy fulfillment operation (KnippeRx). You will feed supplies, monitor hoppers, and ensure machines run at capacity while complying with pharmacy quality standards.
The role requires basic math, English proficiency, and a pharmacy technician license or plan to complete within 6 months.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- State Pharmacy Technician license or commitment to complete within 6 months of hire date.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust and maintain sachet creation machines and packaging line.
- Feed drug products and packaging materials into machines while maintaining hopper levels.
- Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance steps in compliance with manual.
- Escalate more complicated equipment problems to Production Mechanics.
- Collaborate with Production Mechanics by providing a summary of the issue and troubleshooting steps taken.
- Minimize downtime on the machines and communicate any downtime to Management.
