Job summary

SelectQuote Insurance is hiring a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician at our Indianapolis facility. You will enter patient information, process prescriptions, resolve data issues, and support Pharmacists while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high accuracy in data entry and packaging.

The role involves operating packaging machinery, handling third-party rejects, and assisting in the production workflow with attention to quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in retail pharmacy, fulfillment or call center environment as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Indiana license or active Tech in Training license required
• National Certification preferred (PTCB or NHA)

Responsibilities

• Enter patient data into Pioneer system for new registrations.
• Process prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refills.
• Resolve missing prescription information and interpret medical abbreviations.
• Handle third party rejects and resubmit per plan requirements.
• Operate automated machinery to sort and package medications.
