Job summary

The Fulfillment Specialist at the Central Fulfillment Center in Irving, TX works on a closed-door pharmacy production line, handling prescription orders, inventory, scanning, sorting, and shipping using automated equipment. You will join a team to ensure accurate orders and a smooth workflow, with a 40-hour week and some overtime.

Typical schedule includes 3 weeks Sun-Thu 2:30PM-11:00PM, with Saturday rotation 7:00AM-3:30PM and Thursdays off; some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Assistant License in Washington.
• High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of retail or fulfillment center experience.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Assist with intra-facility transfers for delivery to stores.
• Maintain automated production lines and sort/ship prescription orders.
• Organize totes for shipment and work with transportation partners.
• Support pharmacy systems and troubleshoot workflow issues.
• Monitor uptime of automation devices and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Replenish supplies and clean workstations as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation and assist Inventory Technicians.
• Participate in Inventory Audits and perform other duties as assigned.
