Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy assistant license in WA and 2+ years in retail or fulfillment.
• High school diploma or GED required; confidentiality of patient information.
• Experience with inventory systems and automated packaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and security policies.
• Assist with intra-facility transfers for store delivery.
• Maintain automated production lines and apply manifest data.
• Organize totes and coordinate with transportation partners.
• Support pharmacy systems and troubleshoot workflow issues.
• Monitor uptime of counting, packaging, sorting devices.
• Replenish supplies and clean workstations.
• Create documentation and assist Inventory Technicians.
• Perform Inventory Audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
