Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist at the Central Fulfillment Center in Irving, TX. This role processes and ships prescription orders on a closed-door pharmacy line, receiving inventory, scanning, sorting and manifesting with automated systems.

The position is part-time (24 hours/week) with a 40-hour weekly expectation and potential conversion to full-time based on performance. Scheduling includes Thursday and Saturday 2:30PM–11:00PM, with a third day as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Assistant License (Washington) is required.
• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in retail/fulfillment.
• Ability to protect patient confidentiality.
• Experience with inventory systems and scanning equipment is preferred.
• Experience in a closed-door environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote safety and security procedures.
• Assist with intra-facility transfers for delivery to stores.
• Maintain automated production lines and sort/package prescriptions.
• Organize totes on pallets and coordinate with transportation partners.
• Support pharmacy system and technologies for conveyance, packaging, and shipping.
• Monitor uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging and sorting devices.
• Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations.
• Create and maintain documentation; assist Inventory Technicians and participate in audits.
