Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Irving, TX is seeking a Group Supervisor to lead the pharmacy production team at the Central Fulfillment site. This onsite management role requires guiding a diverse team, ensuring SOPs, compliance, and timely production targets.

You will coordinate with the PIC, IT, and vendors to optimize workflows and maintain high service levels. The candidate should have 3+ years in central fulfillment/pharmacy, hold Texas pharmacist license, and be able to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Central Fulfillment, retail, mail order, or closed-door Pharmacy.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Texas.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for cross-training and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for all activities of the functional teams and leaders.
• Fully understand roles of each team and how they should work together.
• Triage issues and escalations; ensure timely resolution.
• Develop process improvements for personnel management and production efficiency.
• Maintain SOPs with the General Manager and PIC; ensure compliance.
• Oversee uptime of pharmacy-related systems and devices; basic troubleshooting.
• Lead site-wide safety, quality, and regulatory adherence.
